World class schools at your front door

There are so many reasons to move to Valencia by FivePoint — access to a great education is one. When you live here, your kids go to school in one of two award-winning districts with Transitional Kindergarten to 12th grade classes that (according to the City of Santa Clarita) rank among the top 10% in California. Not too shabby. What’s more, they get to learn and grow in inclusive settings, empowered by their teachers and peers.
And they’ll have fun doing it too. Both the Newhall School District and the William S. Hart School District are home to state-of-the-art facilities, winning athletics, awesome arts and music programs, and so much more. No matter what a student is into, they’ll have the opportunity to pursue it.

We try to stay humble, but the schools here are pretty awesome. So are all of our students. Our teachers. Our librarians and coaches. Good thing our school districts are filled with a fine-tuned band of educators. But don’t just take it from us, see what our community has to say:

The welfare of our 5-year-old daughter Juniper was a top priority for us when we began the hunt for a home, so finding out that Oak Hills Elementary would become her launchpad was a massive win for us.

My favorite part about school is getting to see all my friends during class and break periods. Being able to learn and interact in an environment with familiar faces is something I look forward to every day.
