What you get with the Community HOA
Think of the Valencia Community HOA as our culture club. They help create fun throughout the community whether it’s an event, group activity or club. They are also responsible for the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the neighborhoods. That includes the amenities and common areas, as well as the enforcement of a set of architectural standards and other regulations intended to preserve the character of the community.
